There you find your pieces carefully placed in a ziplock bag, which is neatly nestled in tissue secured with a perfect sticker, waiting for you to carefully take the fabric pieces out to sew together into a beautiful quilt. it went together easily. The backing that was sent was not one I cared for, so I went and bought a different backing of a pretty gingham. I feel like the quilt needs a border so will probably add that as well. I am glad the kit was on sale for half price since I replaced the backing and will buy something to use as a border. It just doesn't look complete without the border.

This is a beautiful quilt! I am still sewing it together but it has been quick and easy to do. I am an intermediate quilter but this would be perfect for a beginner to start with. I am in the process of moving and all my quilting tools are in storage except for my sewing machine. I have not needed to purchase anything extra so far! Can't wait to see the finished product (I bought two and I am creating a queen size.)
