Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase from My Fabric Addiction. If you're not completely satisfied, most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • All original fabric pieces, patterns, and included materials must be returned.
  • The product may be opened, but all contents must be present and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital downloads and downloadable quilt patterns
  • Products that have been significantly used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Free Return Shipping

For approved returns, My Fabric Addiction will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Store Credit

My Fabric Addiction issues store credit only for approved returns.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval of your return.

If approved, store credit will be issued after inspection confirms that all required components have been returned.

Store credit:

  • Never expires
  • May be used toward any eligible future purchase


Inspection of Returned Items

All returned products are inspected upon receipt.

If a returned item is missing pieces, patterns, fabrics, or other included components, My Fabric Addiction reserves the right to:

  • Reduce the amount of store credit issued, or
  • Deny the return entirely

The amount of any partial store credit will be determined at My Fabric Addiction's sole discretion based on the condition and completeness of the return.

Returns After 30 Days

Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for full store credit.

However, we understand that circumstances vary. Returns outside the 30-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may qualify for reduced store credit at My Fabric Addiction's discretion.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us at support@myfabricaddiction.com.

In most cases, our first solution will be to replace missing, damaged, or defective components whenever possible. Additional remedies, including store credit, may be offered when replacement is not practical.

Discount Policy

Only one promotional discount may be applied per item or order unless expressly stated otherwise.

Promotional codes, sale pricing, special offers, and other discounts cannot be combined. Referral rewards and loyalty point redemptions may be used in conjunction with promotional pricing where applicable.

My Fabric Addiction reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue promotions at any time.
